About the artist

ifor (pronounced i-vor) is an emerging voice in the indie scene, blending raw lyricism with infectious, guitar-driven energy. Hailing from Oxfordshire, he began his journey in music when his grandmother gifted him a guitar for his 16th birthday and from that moment on he became obsessed with songwriting.

 

Drawing inspiration from the gritty swagger of Cage the Elephant, the sharp storytelling of Jamie T, and the melodic charm of The Kooks. ifor crafts songs that feel both intimate and anthemic. Rooted in a DIY ethos, ifor’s sound lives somewhere between late-night introspection and chaotic live-show euphoria. Lo-fi textures meet punchy riffs, while conversational vocals cut through with honesty and wit.
